The mission and the vision of the founders inform how this company operates. It is dynamic, fast paced, and full of room to grow for the people who succeed here. The people are absolutely amazing- everyone has a top tier work ethic and takes pride in what they do, as well as being just nice human beings. As the company keeps evolving, this is the perfect place to grow your career as there is a lot of internal opportunity to take on new roles with a large degree of autonomy.

Cons

Blend is working on their benefits- they just added 401k matching and their health care is good, so not really a con. Improvements like more benefits, investing in technology and automation platforms, and competitive compensation are definitely on the horizon as this company continues to mature.

I have received the highest level of engagement from Blend on multiple projects over 5+ years. The team at Blend has been helpful to me in accomplishing the client deliverables, and makes me feel I am an integral part of the team.

Cons

I am not sure at this time; each time I talk to them about an idea, they do their best to implement it or to improve things overall.
