My manager Catherine was tremendous. She was incredibly supportive, knew the key players on the client side and provided excellent advice. Also, it was a great opportunity to work directly on the client team, but still have a really supportive Blend360 team.

Cons

None that come to mind.

The company culture is excellent. Leadership truly cares about your personal & professional development. There is absolutely room for growth and advancement as long as you take initiative, work hard, and prove that you're willing to go above and beyond. Some of the best managers I've ever had have been during my time here. You're given the autonomy to work in a way that is most productive and successful for you. There are lots of fun in-person and virtual activities to keep everyone connected, and you will get plenty of fun Blend360 swag (t-shirts, sweatshirts, coasters, gift cards, etc.)

Cons

Benefits aren't too robust. Until the beginning of 2022 there was no 401k match at all, and now there is a 25% match, which is an improvement but still not great. PTO just increased from 10 days per year to 15 days per year. Healthcare costs are about average. Base salary could be better, but commission can be very lucrative as long as you put the time and effort in.
