      Very team oriented work environment. gives you the opportunity to be creative with your work. Felt very supported by bosses.

      looking at computer screens all day, but thats no different at any other company

      The leadership team is great. Flexibility and work life balance, never a dull moment, great people, work hard play hard mentality

      Not a con, but growing very quickly so there are a few growing pains

      Pros

      There is nothing more exhilarating than a company that has a clear vision and a good growth plan in a fast moving industry. C2G has both an established Marketing company and emerging Data Science division that is laser focused on client needs. The leadership team is clear and transparent in their communications. When all the employees are aligned around the same thing - rather than office politics - it's magical.

      Cons

      If you are introverted and not working in one of the main offices, you will need to ensure you stay connected to everyone
