Things move quickly. The culture is young, dynamic and adventurous. If you are a passionate, curious achiever, you will thrive in this environment.

      Cons

      This is a young company that is growing fast. There are new challenges every day, and things change frequently. If you are uncomfortable with change or ambiguity, this might not be the right place.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. I love the people I work with and the teamwork that goes into everything we do. If complex client work needs resources and focus management is there to provide what is needed and help out. There is a very family like feeling to the organization.

      Cons

      Not many....Any issues are worked out through discussion, which is actually a pro!

      Pros

      Flexible work business model; Leadership is very accessible and very transparent;Everyone is willing to give extra to get the job done irrespective of job responsibilities. Most of all, there is the company culture which makes everyone feels encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life.

      Cons

      Social interaction and collaboration of team members is lessened somewhat because of the virtual work environment.
