This is a company to watch! Great people, very talented and highly skilled and passionate about the business. Have a strong and exciting plan for growth and expansion. Collaborative environment. Strong focus on both clients and talent. Industry poised for continued growth and evolution.

Cons

Compensation is low. Open to ideas but can be slow to implement. Lack of operational processes but that is a focus for the near future.
