      Pros

      Some Pros of C2G are: Very supportive colleagues, everyone is extremely helpful and eager to assist in any way they can. Everyone shares the same dedication to their work and accomplishing our collective goals. The corporate culture is very fun and you really feel valued by the leadership in the company.

      Cons

      I would not say there are many cons at all, typical growing pains but everyone is very flexible and address issues quickly.

      * The company has strong growth and is adding new clients * The company has a great culture and is proactive in creating it * The client list is word class with lots of interesting projects to work on * There is a lot of great talent, including people from some of the biggest and best brands in the world.

      Cons

      * The company is growing quickly and therefore changing along the way. While the change is good, it can be uncomfortable for some people

      Cons

      Not so much a Con; more of ‘a good problem to have.’ Our client, practice, employee, and consultant growth have all been tremendous, and C2G Partners is on a trajectory to be a larger company over the next few years. No company is perfect, but at the end of the day, all suggestions and comments are being heard and evaluated at C2G Partners. As the company grows, it will be able to act on more of the cost-impacting ideas, such as contributions to the 401K plan.
