Empty promises, bad management and paltry compensation. Avoid

Pros

Occasional free lunch, certain gems among colleagues.

Cons

Staffing augmentation agency masquerading as a consultancy, people are assigned to projects whether they have the skills or not, as long as they're not on the bench. Mostly fresh out of college H1B hires enables Blend360 to offer subpar compensation and limited benefits. With few exceptions, high level of micromanagement at director and VP level. If you go above and beyond at a client, you may get "awarded" with a paltry $25 Amazon gift card, no project bonus, no company shares. Avoid.

Not good to their employees

Pros

Some co-workers there are good.

Cons

- The environment is good in at the beginning but it's getting worse right now after they change their way of management. They care very little about the growth of your career path with nearly no guidance some time. - Most senior levels are good but there are others not. Yet their influence is bigger. - The way that they treated their employees is really not recommended. - Benefits (including PTO, insurance and etc) are not very good. - Life / work balance not good.

It is very important to us at C2G that our people feel respected and treated well throughout their engagement with us, during the separation process you did not feel this way and we apologize for that. We have met as a team on this and have discussed ways to improve the experience. As a professional services company we recognize our people are our most important asset. If you would like to have follow up discussions, please contact our HR department or your previous manager. We would certainly welcome additional feedback you could give us and we wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

There is no reason to work here unless you want to punish yourself

Cons

No leadership. Constant layoffs. Poor internal culture driven by those poor leaders. Poor benefits and compensation. The company has no value proposition and are currently bleeding money. This is a company that should not exist.
