Career development is almost non-existent. • Blame culture: Mistakes are met with harsh criticism instead of support, creating a fear-driven environment where people are afraid to speak up or take initiative. • High turnover: Most employees either quit or are terminated after burning out. The company doesn’t seem interested in addressing the root causes of this constant turnover.

Low pay, low morale, bad management and absolute vile so called patients. How unfortunate, that negative stars aren't available as options. This place would be all negative stars.
