      My family uses Blink Health for our prescriptions and it has saved us a lot per month

      Cons

      Start-up growing pains from time to time. Have to understand and accept what you’re getting yourself into. There are a lot of opportunities to start things from scratch but the flip side is also having to build out the processes/documentation to automate for the future. You have to be someone who likes to build things out from the ground up and accept that comes with things breaking from time to time. It is not for everyone and that’s okay.

      Happy with our quarterly performance review model and I’m grateful how my manager sets me up for success! A lot of real-time feedback and healthy conversations on where I can improve.

      Cons

      Wish there were company events where I can better understand the Pharma industry. I felt like I had to do a lot of my own research.
