Shared sense of vision. Inclusiveness. People talk TO people and not ABOUT people. Doing important work that benefits patients EVERYDAY.
Cons
When a company is growing as fast as Blink is, there can be a sense of feeling overwhelmed. If you require rigid process and procedure in all you do, we don't have that yet. (And that may even qualify as a Pro!)
