-Well trained engineers. Large number of them from Amazon and Groupon without the negative Amazon culture stereotypes. -Well organized onboarding sessions led by members of the C-Suite to get everyone aligned on the vision. -High growth in a huge market. -Document culture limits boring and unnecessary deck presentations -Extremely transparent about metrics driving business. Weekly meetings on the topic. -Big adopters of Figma -Have yet to meet a "jerk"

-No product analytics tool yet -Some team's sprint planning and project management are less organized than others -still developing design review and approval process

The mission. Most people are here for the mission. Fairly good pay and benefits as well.

Cons

Random "forced exits" seem to be continuing, at least in product and engineering. Seems to be those that speak out, in a good way with good intention, about current leadership decisions - or lack of decision. You'll hardly find anyone with more the 2 years of tenure at a company that's be around 7+ years.
