      Hands off. This gives the employee freedom to work at their own pace and not be micromanaged.

      Cons

      When a problem does arise, it's difficult to get help sometimes. No formal training after second week, you're on your own.

      Tons to learn and make the world a better place

      Pros

      Blink Health does great work. One just needs to read the reviews on the App store to see how happy patients are with the company's products and support. For the first time in my professional career I am *actually* helping people. All software products are built on Cloud with the latest technology with excellent guidance provided by architects and senior engineers.

      Cons

      Like any young company there is significant pivoting which can be managed better.

      Pros

      A lot of great employees. A very inclusive culture. The mission is good.

      Cons

      The communication for the projects only happened top-bottom, there was no planning for projects that involved the engineers and the roadmap for the projects were assigned rather than negotiated. There's also a lack of transparency, which caused a lack of trust in leadership, with shocking news such as entire department closed without previous notice. Because of that, the retention rate is the lowest I've ever experienced anywhere.
