There is a serious lack of fairness and transparency in promotions. I witnessed a less experienced white coworker being promoted over more qualified employees of color, with no clear explanation or performance-based justification. This pattern reflects deeper issues of bias and favoritism in the company’s leadership culture.
Hard work and results don’t seem to matter as much as who you’re friends with or whether you fit a certain image. These kinds of decisions destroy morale and make employees from underrepresented backgrounds feel undervalued and overlooked.
