      Pros

      The engineering team is composed of very talented, focused, and driven people, who are still warm and understanding, quick to reflect on mistakes and learn from them. I get to work every day on something that matters with a bunch of great people doing their best.

      Cons

      While remote-friendly, we have still a long road ahead.

      Pros

      The company's mission is important to the employees and it's founders. I have seen significant growth in the year that I've been here and it will continue to grow. It is a lot of work, but I feel that my coworkers support me and put in the same effort that I do. Management makes fair decisions. I"m very impressed by my colleagues' backgrounds and expertise. Office location is awesome and we are provided with great meals and snacks.

      Cons

      Not everyone can handle the pace and number of projects. Those who are more sensitive to criticism may have a hard time. Depending on your department the hours can be long.

      Pros

      Great work environment; nice office in Soho; lots of fun activities, snacks, etc. Great mission. Smart people too - people are really great at what they do. Talented hardworking founders who everyone respects.

      Cons

      The only cons that come to mind is that people are expected to work hard and the quality standards are very high. So people who don't like that, don't make it there for very long. That's why turnover is so high.
