Pros
Free food, and great office location. Some really intelligent people that you could learn things from if you're mainly on the engineering side of things.
Cons
Horrible communication internally. No diversity, and doesn't appear to something they'd like to resolve. A lot of politics, and tons of cultural issues. The list goes on, honestly, I would advise avoid applying here and look for a more mature company that has a better foundation.
