      Fast growing. Fast decision making. Progressive, warm friendly environment. Not many layers and my voice is heard. Doing good for the world.

      Cons

      You really have to do your best work because what you put out is open to the whole company. It's exciting but it's also hard.

      -there is a lack of structure but we're constantly working to fix that

      Pros

      Blink's mission of becoming the cure for high drug prices make going to work every day much more rewarding. They are incredibly focused on employee's best interests and growth. Blink created an environment that is incredibly collaborative, innovated and inclusive.

      Cons

      Same small issues that come with any successful startup experiencing "hypergrowth".
