      Pros

      Other companies can't even compare to Blink Health. Blink Health has it all: - A powerful mission and always puts its customers first - Extremely fast-paced and rapidly growing - Always working on very meaningful projects - everything I work on is vital to growth and is easy to see how it relates to the overall company value proposition and strategy - Very disruptive and innovative product - Very collaborative and humble culture - everyone is extremely bright, hardworking and willing to help each other out

      Cons

      - It's a growing startup in a very competitive industry so you always have to be prepared - A lot to accomplish and not enough people (the typical issue when a startup gets into hyper-growth mode)

      Pros

      Perks like lunch every day, social events, start up environment, snacks etc

      Cons

      -unpaid holidays, -only 5 days vacation -only 5 sick days -unmanageable queue -Poor communication to CX team on product changes -poor decisions made by the executive team that does not seem to care about how it will impact CX. I can’t speak for the rest of the company but I’m sure it’s the same with them as well.

      One of the best startups to work for in the US

      Pros

      Noble mission. Great culture. Full perks and great work-life balance. High compensation. Located in a great area, with smart people. The culture hasn't always been good—if I was writing this review 18 months ago, I would've been savage! But after many key management people left, including the EVP and VPs of Engineering, and a bunch of engineers, the culture has steadily risen from toxic to a level of inclusivity and decency that is pretty rare among start-ups. The rate at which the company is hiring, as well as the happiness of my peers gives me a lot of confidence for the future of Blink.

      Cons

      The culture hasn't always been great, and management still has a hard time including engineering at the "table" when making product decisions. But these are problems the team is working hard to improve.
