Getting an opportunity to help people. No two days are ever the same. The starting pay is decent for a security job.

Cons

Everything else not in the Pros! If you want to work hard and NOT be rewarded, please apply! Management will do anything and everything to cover themselves even at the expense of getting the job as a team.

I worked for an oppressive regime.

Pros

When I was first hired, the management was great and knew how to relate to staff and made the environment pleasant to work.

Cons

New management came in and thought they were still in the military. The environment change to one that was unbearable, forcing staff to leave and bringing in new workers that wouldn't complain about the work conditions.

You get paid weekly at least. At least you are employed. Can be somewhat fun on occasions. I dont have anything else.

Cons

Long beach is cheap. Low pay and no full time hours.
