Pros

Some talented people work there.

Cons

VP's are dishonest and afraid, especially of Jeff and David Berns. Recreational marijuana does cause immense paranoia. The charade won't last for long.

Pros

Healthcare is good but it’s over shadowed by the negative

Cons

Where to begin Leadership/management is ridiculous. No one communicates and no one has any idea what each other are doing. They promote people to positions that they arnt qualified for and it creates chaos. Great and amazing people leave or get fired because they voice their concerns and no one listens or cares. Promises of raises and better opportunities are all hearsay and never followed through. The owners talk about transparency yet they lock themselves in there own little wing away from everyone and you need to schedule times to POSSIBLY speak to them....and that’s if they are EVER around. It’s a rich mans dream with no substance or carry through and it’s SOOO SAD because if they could open their eyes and actually listen to EVERYONE that works for them then they could have a chance. But instead they fire anyone and everyone without knowing what’s going on.

Pros

Free food twice a week. Health insurance is free for employees.

Cons

A whole lot of nothing is happening at this company. It feels like busywork and you never really know what direction you’re really heading in. Every task I did felt pointless because I had no endgame/direction. Very ambiguous from day to day. Unclear what the company is actually doing, and as far as much of the staff is concerned, there are no products even in the pipeline, and this is a cause for concern for many. There is no defined company mission or values. Employees look sad for the most part. Overall, it feels like a complete facade, and many current (and former) employees would also tell you this.
