The Absolute Worst Company Ever

Great people in non-management positions Good pay

Cons

They treat employees like they are slaves They have said if you work here you are our property Complaints filed have been taken directly to the person who they complained against There is a major problem with nepotism in the company Employees are constantly told you should feel lucky to work for us, while being disrespected constantly. Any attempts to improve the workflow or company are shot down and told another department is handling it, even if they aren’t.

Coworkers. Free lunch 2 days per week.

Cons

PTO is only 10 days per year. Benefits are non-existent for those with families. Nothing in place to protect Maternity/Paternity leave. Management is unethical. Nepotism. Dismissive HR department. Arbitrary firings.

Lacking talent acquisition and retention( Average employee turnaround: 6 mo-1yr) Lacking the adequate knowledge of running a software based company. Running a tech company when upper-management doesn't have any skillset. Running a company like a fast food restaurant (punch in/out)
