Those who are management level or higher see the abuse and look the other way. Toxic work environment. Very secretive. Loads of red flags. Pay is well below market value but people are attracted to the excitement and mystery of the company. Mystery no more: these people have no idea what they are doing. More money then sense. Avoid this company at all costs.

Any attempts to improve the workflow or company are shot down and told another department is handling it, even if they aren’t.
