No health benefits. I was told there would be from the start, but by the time three months rolled around they still were not there and HR could not offer an explanation. No time off for your first year unless you are a high level employee. Treated horribly by the owners if you are not management level or higher. Those who are management level or higher see the abuse and look the other way. Toxic work environment. Very secretive. Loads of red flags. Pay is well below market value but people are attracted to the excitement and mystery of the company. Mystery no more: these people have no idea what they are doing. More money then sense. Avoid this company at all costs.
