Eccentric owner with big ideas

Lunch is provided every Friday and free yoga classes are every Tuesday and Thursday.

Cons

The owner is very eccentric and has MANY big ideas but all the ideas are too grand. For example, he wants to build a smart high-tech city, has bought 4 bunkers for cold storage, bought a bank in Las Vegas, and so much more. The owner has ALOT of money and has decided to take on 7-8 major challenges, all in varying industries. Many of the projects have been suspended because there are so many challenges. I believe the owner wants to focus on fewer projects.

Full of crap. The founder is trying to burn his money for some reason. All yes people can stay—no goal, ethics, interest, respect, value, etc. There are those four folks who are close to the CEO. The rest of us were jokes, and they don't give a sh.. about us. German team still believes that this west coast company is going to do something. That's BS.

Interesting web3 space, lots of resources

Cons

Laid off entire engineering team right before Christmas. Still no launched product after 5+ yrs. Hire then fire people very quickly. Will invest in big things, but very cheap. No focus. Business leaders are not held accountable, blame everyone else.
