The team has a small group of wide ranging engineering specialists Excellent team for any type of fit of person that isn't boring When you get this job, you really have to prove you know your stuff and earn it Potential for growth in the company

Cons

The technology being utilized for the types of operations that RMCC oversees is a little behind in years and weak in processing power, which leads to sometimes slow response times The team is rather small in ratio to the number of clients and sites we monitor Some of the tools we use are glitchy/buggy

Cons

Attitude that bloom can do no wrong, everything is always some else's fault, bills not paid on time, promises to employees and customers not kept. From what I've seen, we treat our customers poorly as well.
