      The company and the management are good and competent people to work with on a daily basis. The company also has a 4/10 work week, which is a tremendous work/lifestyle balance benefit due to the 3 day weekends.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher due to knowledge, experience, and qualifications one has.
