      Pros

      High caliber workforce, amazing product with a lot of room to innovate, never is a day boring, highly experienced execs, very passionate lower level employees, high percentage of employees that have had a long tenure, technology that is most pragmatic bridge to a zero carbon future.

      Cons

      Bloom is still finding its culture in a post IPO setting, many new execs create the appearance of disconnect at upper management, total comp does not compare with rest of market especially at lower levels
