      Pros

      Nice new buildings. Free food. Most of the people are friendly.

      Cons

      Managers micro manage. Are resistant to change or advice. Engage in insulting and patronizing behavior in front of a subordinate's colleagues. Aren't helpful in terms of teaching the technical environment.

      Pros

      Incredibly fast-paced, oftentimes exciting work. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the smartest people you'll ever meet. An incredible place to learn. Absolutely no job after the one you have here will feel difficult in comparison, but if you're anything like me, every other performance review you'll have in your life will call you "impatient" and "too demanding."

      Cons

      That pace can be killer, and so can the hours. I used to have vivid night terrors about 3 a.m. phone calls from this place (not out of place; frequently happened) telling me I needed to go back into work although I'd only left at 11, and get halfway out the door before realizing it was just a dream. Even worse than the hours was the toxic internal culture.
