Pros

Bloomberg has fixed interview.

Cons

Bloomberg has fixed interview. They intend to hire candidates other than they have already picked up. however, to put up drama and show H.R busy we did interview candidates for nothing. Definitely not a place to work. If you know someone working inside then you can be hired even though you Dont know JACK. People working in 120 park ave office in SAP Practice are joke with almost no qualification. I would stay away from giving them interivew and wasting your precious time unless you know someone.

Pros

- helps you quickly realize what happens if you don't study in University - free food - no brain use required.. oh wait that is not a pro.

Cons

- incompetent mid management who you will literally need to train, and teach how things work. you will not get any guidance from your team leaders, who will only review your metrics and remind you to copy more data from data source A, B and C to Bloomberg database. Do not expect to have a mentor, and do not expect to learn anything useful or transferable. If you are lucky enough, you may meet some smart analysts who will help you learn. However, those are rare and they tend to leave as soon as an opportunity arises. - more incompetent mid management - outdated technology
