Pros

Helping nonprofits grow and being a part of each mission

Cons

Low pay, distant upper management, micromanagement depending on who your manager is. Also, misleading pricing structure on their website leading organizations to think the solution is way cheaper than what it really is. A lot of unqualified leads and mainly small deals which can make it tough to hit quota.

Pros

Working from home, Good pay and fantastic benefits. The focus on company culture is impressive. I've received more inquires about my perspective on the company in 3 months than other jobs that I was in by far. The work with non-profits aligns with my purpose of being of service to people.

Cons

You need to be proactive to develop work friends and engage with the social activities that are offered. If you don't, you can feel quite isolated. There is constant innovation which is a good thing - but can be overwhelming if you don't stay on top of the updates.
