It's great meeting people from all over the world. It was great working at Blue Bird. I was the #2 person at the company, I loved that.

Cons

I did a lot of my bosses' work, my work, and some of the work of my co-worker's work. I didn't feel like I was being paid enough. My salary was low for someone in my position.
