The factory was local and offered good benefits.

Cons

The cons are it's culturized. HEAVILY CULTURIZED.Why would someone continue to put in the best quality of work while the other associate is hour and a half late along with chopping through their work... barely receiving criticism for their behavior. They pick and choose who needs to hear a safety lecture. They fail to hold everyone equally accountable.
