      Pros

      There are none needless to say this company has lost all hope and far from being family first. If your a cell leader the supervisor expect you to mistreat your team and that's not right.

      Cons

      The manager are nasty and don't know how to treat there employees. They benefits suck they use to have the best of it all now the treat people like there not human

      Pros

      Summer is the Best!!!! Plenty of overtime to go around really benefits you for those extra hours.

      Cons

      During plant closing on and off after summer having to fight with unemployment payments and wondering when you will get paid is difficult.

      Pros

      Interning here has been the best. The people are nice and the managers are willing to train you and teach you. They are very trusting. I have learned so much since I joined Blue Bird.

      Cons

      Middle GA is not the best place for students, but if you like a peaceful place it can be really awesome.
