I'm currently working there as a Non permanent employee without insurance or vacation time are anyother full time advantages....I will have to be there the minimum of two years before I can even apply for a full time position

Pros

Once you become full time they have a good pay rate. The work schedule is a steady work with no rotating shifts.

Cons

It takes to long to get hired on full time and the benefits are not that great. They need a Union because its a lot of inside problems on the job. they lay off to much as well.
