Pros

the only pros that i can really say about bluebird is that it has allowed me to take care of my family

Cons

there are to many to list, constantly worried about being laid off, no paid time off, no retirement, no chance for a raise or promotion

Hard work

Pros

Pay better than most companies around the area for the same position (welder), and you get your typical, but mediocre benefits, PTO, insurance, etc., which are provided by most companies

Cons

They work 13 days on, 2 days off, 10, sometimes 12 hour shifts. People work through lunch to make quota. Work is backbreaking, and unless you're built like a linebacker, you're going to be in pain all the time. The jigs are dangerous, everything there is dangerous and unsafe. No work/life balance. Decent job for someone built like a linebacker, with no kids. Will pay the bills and put food on the table.
