Prehistoric Operation/ Nepatism at it's worse

Descent wage for salaried associates in the area.

Cons

Only way to survive as a supervisor or manager is if your roots can be traced back to the beginning. One of the first you are asked is where are you from and the search for your relatives in the building begins.

Pros

Good people to work with on the line. Everybody is helpful and welcoming. Immediate supervisors try to take care of you.

Cons

Supervisors bosses don't care if you make a complaint about another shift leaving the work area trashed and messy. They don't care if people before you on the line aren't doing their jobs, they expect you to fix it and don't hold anyone accountable. What are they paying people to do if they aren't doing their jobs??? Theft is a HUGE problem. I have had so many tools stolen right off my cart in just first two months. I'd be under the bus working and stuff would be gone when I came out from under the bus. On several occasions.

The pay was alright. Other than that, it was a job. There really isn't much to say that was a pro.

Cons

constant layoffs, very poor decisions by senior management, not able to focus on improving the business, people are treated like cattle always worried about being laid off.
