      Pros

      Decent work life balance and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Certain high level management people dominate the culture and decisions. Not great communication from the top down to let you know how your work is contributing to the overall goals- many cross functional teams determine their own priorities that are often contradictory. No investment in employees or training. I worked here for 5 years and never received any promotion opportunities.
