Pros

Before struggles with COVID-19 there was pretty steady employment. There was no concern over losing a job- people willing to work with you on employee growth. Other employees are great to work with.

Cons

Management decisions during COVID-19 have been to eliminate a very large number of positions- cut pay and cut benefits. High level leadership is totally absent in providing company direction and it is impossible to know how you fit in to the overall success of the company. This leads to each department having to create their own goals (sometimes in strong contradiction to the goals of another department) and each group fighting for themselves. There are no opportunities for company sponsored continued learning. There are no opportunities for career advancement. There are no opportunities for increased pay without leaving the company.
