*You have to wait 6 months to take vacation time *stopping mid-day for conference calls is a must so keep your planning at minimum *They don't support their managers *Systems used are outdated (No Yardi or One-site) they use resmen and onsite *Random cuts to property security for no reason ( after the communities had issues) *Tons of changes in management *They don't support managers in times of crisis *They tend to lack on making decisions *Bills aren't paid on time * The owner and upper management unprofessional( rude, scream and cuss) don't be fooled by him calling you to welcome you aboard when you are hired.

Where to begin? Ghetto staff who can’t even pretend to be professional, gossipy, “clique-ish” upper management who talk about every staff member behind their backs, low pay & low commission. People are not heard and values here. And once you leave, those pretty little clothes you were afforded have to be turned in (how petty). I would never recommend this company to anyone.. to live or work. The residents are hardly valued. The overall environment is just toxic.
