      Pros

      *You don't have to work long in the hole to get your money * Salaried position *Pam was wonderful before she passed

      Cons

      *You have to wait 6 months to take vacation time *stopping mid-day for conference calls is a must so keep your planning at minimum *They don't support their managers *Systems used are outdated (No Yardi or One-site) they use resmen and onsite *Random cuts to property security for no reason ( after the communities had issues) *Tons of changes in management *They don't support managers in times of crisis *They tend to lack on making decisions *Bills aren't paid on time * The owner and upper management unprofessional( rude, scream and cuss) don't be fooled by him calling you to welcome you aboard when you are hired.

      Great work life balance, decent pay, supportive staff and management. Family type environment. Fun at times. Opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Wish there was vacation time, not just PTO and more pay for leases. Can be very busy with work orders. Not many cons that I can think of.
