Pros

There's no benefits to working here. Salary isn't on par with other places, benefits aren't that great, etc.

Cons

No work-life balance, terrible communication between teams, zero training, no room for advancement, etc. There's juts barely any reasons to stay, but so many to stay away. Save yourself the headache and look for a job somewhere else.

When you appear for an interview, these fake people lie blatantly about your better future and career growth. In reality, they offer the worst pay, and there’s no scope for increasing the pay. Your growth would be awfully limited here, even if you put in 100% effort. So, I’d advise you not to put in a lot of effort and leave quickly.
