      My work is very straightforward.

      Cons

      Our own leaders are rarely aligned with each other. The leadership here is, to put it simply, reactive, and chaotic. Most of the problems here are only addressed when they become worse, and only when most employees begin to raise the problems repeatedly. Moreover, our leaders are terrible at receiving feedback. They easily become irritated and outright rude whenever employees point out their incompetence.
