Some of the big pros for working here: + Open and empowering company culture + Awesome team with smart and fun people + Diverse project work with high-profile clients / products + Very reasonable work-life balance (compared to other management consulting firms) + Great professional growth opportunities

Cons

I would have to dig pretty deep to come up with any cons for working at Blue Matter. I have never regretted my decision to join Blue Matter and be part of this great company!
