Pros

Great team spirit. The leadership team, especially the CEO, are very transparent. There’s no BS and people across teams take responsibility for their jobs. It’s more about culture than top down management. Also, it’s a fun and funny culture - we can laugh at ourselves. I also like that the company has a decent balance between men and women- including on the leadership team.

Cons

More engineers are needed if the company is going to continue innovating. There’s been a couple changes on the leadership team which caused some disruption but they were the right moves as they didn’t seem to fit in with the culture and weren’t executing.
