      Pros

      I think work culture is really positive on an individual level. Taking time off and prioritizing well-being are encouraged. People don't feel pressured to stay long hours or to burn themselves out.

      Cons

      Management sucks so priorities are always shifting, leading to confusion and a lack of real ownership. I would say deadlines/timelines are largely aspirational, with no clear reasoning behind them, so it's no wonder we can never meet them.
