      Lots of perks, great team, relaxed work environment, high tech equipment, sign on bonus and well stocked cafe/break room

      Cons

      Offer salary was a little low based on my previous experience.

      Great place to work. Very passionate about Space. Open minded about technologies / solutions to problems. Resources and support available for tough issues. Great company culture with trust in employees. Diverse backgrounds from different industries. Good compensation. Located in Kent for an easy commute.

      Can feel chaotic due to growth and aggressive schedules.

      Great opportunity to develop innovative propulsion technology.You will never be pigeon-holed. The expectation are high and unrelenting.You will have more work on your plate than you are capable of doing so figure out how to do it and get it done. Question everything you have learned previously as it relates to propulsion technology and challenge all presumptions you came here with, and if things seem in control, then you aren't moving fast enough. That's Blue Origin.
