      Pros

      - Interesting work, variety of interesting technologies and applications - Well meaning, competent coworkers, most of whom are willing to put in the extra effort for the team - Decent compensation and good PTO offerings

      Cons

      - Minimal extra compensation, with very limited bonuses - High expectations for work output but very little encouragement, not great professional development, and zero personal reward - Management at the higher levels are very concerned with their own position and saving their skins from their own bad decisions. Director levels get a lot of credit and minimal blame.

      Pay is very competitive, and benefits are average.

      Cons

      Leadership, this company promotes toxicity within leadership practices. HR doesn't do a thing to get rid of bad managers and executives, and it creates an extremely negative environment. Those that file HR complaints are quickly fired in retaliation, and this is common at the company.

      No QA team. Chaotic internal software dev.

      Pros

      Millions of people living an working in space for the benefit of Earth is a great goal. This was my dream job, but the dream became a nightmare.

      Cons

      No QA in software dev process. As soon as your merge request is approved, you can send software to prod. They hired 3 QA people in 2022 but they only wrote white papers and they laid them off late 2023. Software bugs could kill people and no one cares.
