      Pros

      Senior TPM at Blue was my favorite job in all of my career roles. I loved working with a dynamic, cross-functional team of experts, thinkers, innovators and doers. Even a bad day was a good day at Blue because my passion for our mission was and still is deeply meaningful and made me proud.

      Cons

      Leadership integrity and role modeling are lacking. Chaos and "flavor of the month" leadership. As an expert in one's discipline, not being heard or even sought. ^^ this occurred in the last 6 months of my employment

      Unlimited snacks, 4 weeks PTO, bring your dog/kid to work.

      Cons

      If you want a consistent work schedule then this place isn't for you. Your standard work will always change. Most teams work in silos so communication suffers. Leadership doesn't communicate with one another which adds to more confusion on company policy changes.

      Don’t trust HR when you reach out for help with harassment concerns. You will get fired.
