Pros

Some wonderful coworkers and students. Easy commute, nice building to work in.

Cons

Upper management is absolutely horrible - bullies, corrupt, clique-ish, incompetent, and have flat out stated “the dollar is their bottom line.”

Best Place I've Ever Been Employed

Pros

Truly wonderful colleagues, no gossip or backbiting, cohesive departments, fair workload, plenty of parking, easy commute, fairly good benefits including AFLAC.

Cons

Low pay. That's the only negative thing I can think of to say. It's barely a livable wage and you have to work another job part time to survive.
