Pros

I love working for Blue Signal. We are able to work fully remote and schedules are flexible to accommodate picking up kids from school, kids sports, etc. In addition, the commission structure is fantastic. If you produce, you can truly make a great living here. The company treats candidates well and helps them even if they can't be placed. That is something many recruiting firms can't say. Overall, great work culture and stellar organization.

Cons

Blue Signal has a lot more steps than most recruiting firms. In the beginning, it can be a little overwhelming. After you get everything down, you realize the little bit of extra time helps to make stellar placements.

Pros

There's no doubt the job requires hard work but with recruiting it can pay off in a big way. You have the flexibility to work whatever hours you want. As long as you're making placements this is one of the best jobs out there.

Cons

When first getting into it, you're going to be working over 40 hours. You don't necessarily have to but doing so is going to put you in a good place for the foreseeable future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience with Blue Signal. We agree, recruiting takes a ramp-up period and we do find our most successful recruiters are not only working more hours, but also most competitive with themselves! Once a recruiter is established within their new environment at Blue Signal, their schedule could be as little as just 8 hours worked per day. We work really hard to help our recruiters plan their time most effectively, to avoid burnout and focus on quality over quantity. If you are finding yourself overwhelmed or struggling to compress your schedule, please reach out to your manager and/or our new Chief Client Officer, who is here to directly support our recruiting teams in areas like time management and performance!

We appreciate your time in reviewing your experience with Blue Signal! We agree that our CEO and management team are incredibly committed to the success of each individual, and we are proud to engage in such a collaborative environment. We also agree that benefits could use improvement, and our HR team has been working to improve these. As a small company, rich benefits at a lower cost are harder to achieve. Since we are a growing company, we have a lot more leverage in the marketplace now! Please anticipate seeing better benefits at our next open enrollment! We are likewise excited for the upgrade! We would love to hear if there is any other reason you did not rate your experience with Blue Signal at 5 stars. If there is anything besides improvement in benefits offered you think we can improve on, please let your People & Culture team know directly; via the anonymous suggestion link; or in the next monthly employee satisfaction survey.
