Pros

Amazing colleagues, culture of excellence, it's a group of really fun, but still hard working people that are enthusiastic about being part of a company where they really count. My voice is heard and many of my proposals are pushed through and implemented so I can see them making a difference. I have never felt so vested and responsible for a company's success before this role and I really feel like the sky is the limit with my career here.

Cons

Due to COVID, and the implementation of the option of remote work for every employee, we haven't been able to get together as much as in past years. I'm hoping that will change soon and we can continue our connections outside the workplace for more teambuilding events.

Thank you so much for such a positive review! We are so happy to have you as a part of the Blue Signal team and are grateful for all the policies and processes you have created and implemented! We agree that we have a group of incredible people and leaders; we definitely don't want the connection and accessibility to the executives to ever change. As you are aware, we send monthly surveys to keep our finger on the pulse, we feel this is a great way to help maintain our values and excellence!

Thank you for your review! We are so pleased that you have been able to experience the culture that we have worked so hard to achieve. We couldn't agree more with you on the "pros" and want to recognize you for also providing amazing support as a Marketing Specialist. You noted "neutral outlook" - if you ever feel unsure about your future or the overall outlook for the company we hope you would reach out to Matt or HR.

Pros

Good company culture, fair commission structure, top class marketing department and growth potential. People are friendly and the training program they have in place is informative and they are very upfront on the expectations.

Cons

Benefits aren't great, 100% commission structure with no actual salary, Managers are top performers/longest tenured employees but don't really want to manage or aren't very good at it.

Thank you for your review. We definitely agree on the pros - our company culture is credited to our amazing people and yes, our marketing team is world-class! For a small company, we are actually quite proud of our benefits. We offer employer-sponsored insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k match, and all the tools a recruiter could possibly need at no cost to them. As far as our managers go, we appreciate the feedback. We recently hired a new team member who is focused on performance and is exploring any areas that may be less than excellent. While Blue Signal wasn't a good fit for you, we wish you all the best in the future.
